Delivery & Returns (UK Consumers)

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). If there is any delay, we will let you know.
Delivery Options
Store Pickup
Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours or the same working day, depending on stock availability.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
Please do not arrive before receiving this confirmation.
Orders must be collected within 5 days of notification.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on the size of the order and delivery location.
Unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you, your order will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of purchase. This reflects UK consumer law.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges apply unless stated otherwise and are shown at checkout.
UK Delivery Rates (excluding VAT):
0.001kg to 15kg – £19.90
15.001kg to 70kg – £49.90
70.001kg to 500kg – £89.90
500.001kg to 2000kg – £139.90
Delivery charges are subject to 20% VAT, which will be added at checkout.
Delivery Address and Access
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or does not accept delivery, we may charge a redelivery fee. Any redelivery charge will reflect the actual cost and will be confirmed before redelivery is arranged.
Store Pickup and Uncollected Orders
If you select store pickup, please collect your order within 5 days of being notified that it is ready.
If goods are not collected or delivery is not accepted within 21 days of notification, we may cancel the order, retain a reasonable amount to cover costs incurred, and refund any remaining balance in line with UK consumer law.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery and include photographs where possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable resolution in line with UK consumer law.
Right to Cancel
If you buy online or at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.
Returns
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the goods are faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been returned, using the original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not meet the standards required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
Exclusions
The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or made-to-order items, goods made to the customer’s specification, or goods that have been cut, assembled, or altered after delivery.
Incorrect Orders
If standard non-bespoke goods are ordered incorrectly and we agree to accept a return, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply where this has been clearly communicated in advance.
