Return and Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel (Distance Sales)

For online or distance purchases, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Goods to cancel the order without giving a reason.

Dynamic Shelf Store accepts no responsibility for the consequences of incorrect, irresponsible, or reckless use of products. This includes incorrect installation, overloading, and misuse. Any doubts or questions relating to proper use of our products should be directed to the Dynamic Shelf Store before purchase.

We endeavour to ensure your goods are packed in the appropriate manner to ensure safe delivery however it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure there are no breakages or missing items at the time of delivery. By signing for a delivery you are accepting that the order is complete and intact. If your order is partially shipped (i.e. there are products still to send, a remark will appear in the comments section of the shipping label).

By signing for and accepting a delivery you are acknowledging that the product has arrived in good condition. If the packaging is damaged in any way please inspect the contents prior to signing for it.

In cases where goods appear to have been damaged or broken in transit we advise you to refuse to accept the order and notify us immediately. If possible photograph the consignment immediately and e-mail the details to us. We will subsequently advise the freight company of the issue and will replace or repair any item that has been damaged in transit where required.

All damage claims must be filed with the carrier (if damage is noted at the time of delivery). We will provide you full assistance in the unlikely event.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return, refund, or exchange request, please email sales@dynamicshelf.co.uk or call 07379 902211 / 0161 792 9881 with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the request.

We will then confirm the next steps and provide return authorisation before the goods are sent back.

Returning Goods

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In a resaleable condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the goods are faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving proof that they have been returned, using the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the Goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, the Customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, with no restocking or handling fees applied.

For warranty claims, please contact us to make appropriate arrangements.

We do not cover freight expenses on warranty claims.

Any re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Items Excluded from Returns

The right to cancel does not apply to custom-made or bespoke items, goods produced to the Customer’s specifications, or goods that have been cut, assembled, or altered after delivery.

No exchange of goods or refund on goods will be accepted after one month from the date of purchase.

Incorrect Orders

Where standard (non-bespoke) Goods are ordered incorrectly and a return is approved, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, provided this has been clearly communicated beforehand.

Returned goods (after approval) due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the consignment value.

All returns and Breakage notifications must be made within 7 days of original delivery.

Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from Dynamic Shelf Store to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
